1. Agreement to These Terms

By using this website, requesting an estimate, or engaging Roof-It, Inc. ("Roof-It," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Our instant online estimate is not a price. Any figure produced by the instant estimate tool on this website is a preliminary, non-binding estimate generated from third-party measurement and pricing data. It is not an offer, a bid, a contract, or a guaranteed price, and it may differ from your actual proposal.

A real price comes in writing. A binding price is provided only in a written proposal signed by an authorized Roof-It representative after we have inspected the property.

Conditions can change the price. Roof problems that cannot be seen until the existing roof is removed, such as damaged decking, hidden leaks, or structural issues, may change the scope and cost of the work. Where practical, we will show you the issue and get your approval before doing additional work.

3. Scheduling, Weather, and Delays

Roofing work is scheduled around crew availability and weather, and start dates may shift. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material availability, supplier or permitting delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed when a date moves.

4. Services, Contracts, and Warranties

The services we perform are listed on our Services page. We perform only the services listed there.

The terms of your project, including scope of work, price, payment schedule, and workmanship warranty, are governed by the written contract you sign with us. Nothing on this website changes those terms, and nothing on this website creates a warranty. Where anything on this website appears to conflict with your signed contract, the signed contract controls.

Manufacturer warranties on roofing materials are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms and registration requirements.

5. Insurance Claims

We can inspect your roof, document what we find, and give you documentation to support a claim you file. We do not act as a public adjuster and we do not negotiate or settle insurance claims on your behalf. Your claim, your deductible, and your communications with your insurer remain yours, and all coverage decisions are made by your insurance carrier.

6. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data from it, or use it to send harmful code or unsolicited messages.

The content on this website, including text, project photographs, logos, and design, belongs to Roof-It, Inc. or its licensors. Please do not reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

This website may link to or embed tools operated by other companies. We do not control those companies and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error free, or that figures produced by the instant estimate tool will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, Roof-It, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

This section applies to your use of this website. It does not limit our obligations for roofing work we perform, which are governed by your signed contract.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute relating to this website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date, and changes take effect when posted.
